Well it looked like a valid dtd file until I tried to parse it with dtdtree. The previous post should have stated 'valid dtd syntax' ;-) Lots of typos (case sensitive stuff) and missing or undefined elements. But everything is resolved now.

This took me months, finally finished :-) :-)
Of course it still needs tweaking but the bulk is done and it's valid (as in dtd format)
